These terms govern your use of Paint Pinot (“we”, “us”) — our website, bookings, gift cards and classes. By booking a class or buying a gift card you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time. Classes begin promptly; we cannot extend a session for late arrivals.
More than 48 hours before your class: full refund or free reschedule to any future class of the same value.
Less than 48 hours before your class: we cannot refund your booking, but we may be able to reschedule to another class within 90 days at our discretion. Please contact us as early as possible at admin@paintpinot.com.au.
If we need to cancel a class (e.g. due to illness or venue unavailability) you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
Unless a class is explicitly marked as a kids session, all classes are for ages 18+. We serve alcohol and require that guests can legally consume it. ID may be checked at the venue.
You take home the painting you create in class. We may photograph classes for marketing purposes; please let our staff know before the class begins if you don't wish to appear in any photos.
We operate under a liquor licence at our Braddon studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication, and we may ask intoxicated guests to leave without refund.
If you have severe allergies or dietary requirements and are ordering food (grazing platters etc.), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices may change from time to time; the price at the time of your booking is what you pay.
Classes involve paint, which may stain clothing — we provide aprons but cannot guarantee no paint makes contact with your clothes. You attend at your own risk and we are not liable for damage to personal property except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page on the date of your booking.
